Producer/Director, Victor H. Mancilla has had
extensive experience as a journalist, researcher, author, publisher,
screenwriter, director and associate producer. He is the founder and
Executive Director of Eravision a production and film research
organization.
For over 12 years, Victor worked in the field of
media and communications research on special assignment in Mexico City,
Los Angeles, France and Spain. He is the Director/Producer of “The
Forgotten Eagles” 201 Productions, “Noche de Muertos” Eravision,
Director, Children’s Court” Lavine Productions, “Our neighborhood”
A/P, kidworks, Transcendental Media.

Victor is the author of two books-in-progress,
several screenplays, and newspaper and magazine articles on Latino
issues. He has provided research services to cultural and historical
Projects by HBO, Green Moon Productions, Mosaico, etc, as well as serving
as screenwriter on different productions both in the United States and
abroad.
